La ragazza al banco è sempre molto carina, la sua poke è la più buona e la più ben fatta, la migliore di Chiavari e Rapallo. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20

Posto veramente ottimo per mangiare un poke di qualità, ci vado spesso con i miei amici, andiamo solo a questa pokeria, personale gentile e educato soprattutto disponibile, in pochi minuti il poke è pronto, il locale non è tanto grande ma i posti a sedere ci sono, prezzi giustii e porzioni abbondanti Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Si Dietary restrictions: Tutto ok

Best Pokè in Chiavari, they don't prepare tons and tons of ingredients to make the whole day but they make a "small supply" at a time and restock the counter when needed without keeping excessive quantities on the counter, keep in mind that the poke ingredients are mostly raw and fresh therefore they suffer a lot from contact with the air, they overcome this problem in this simple way which apparently no one has ever managed, most prepare everything in the morning and they do it all day and trust me you can hear it the difference, every time I ate at Nana Poke I found everything very fresh... the salmon is perfect tuna, good flavor and consistency, being in little contact with the air they don't have the slightest sign of oxidation, as does the lawyer , the fruit that most fears the air, seemed freshly cut and not the classic mush that many have but cut into slices and positioned like a flower but more importantly the flavor was what I expected from an avocado at the right point of maturation, the same applies to cucumbers mango in short everything fresh, in fact very often you see the girl going back and forth to replenish the ingredients, the sauces are wonderful they never cover the flavor of the main ingredients, which is very difficult to achieve, I wonder why the others don't they take example from those who know how to run a place, from the point of view of the staff the guys are very kind and nice, in short, top Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
