The employee served me casually and had to repeat my order for a Dürüm several times because he was constantly talking to his group of colleagues at the table. I got the impression that I disturbed him because he didn't really greet me or say goodbye. The Dürüm was therefore more poorly prepared than well prepared, which is not what I'm used to from Memo. I hope that Anatolian hospitality will return to Memo and that you will feel welcome as a guest. Currently the Wettingen memo feels very orphaned.
