Amazing small family restaurant niched right behind the iconic chateau de chillon. Owner makes you feel right at home. Meat is good (I’ve enjoyed some of the finest meats around the world) and drinks do flow. Prices for the area are very reasonable. Highly recommended. I've had the opportunity to eat in the "so-called" best restaurants in the world, but it was here that I ate the best meat of all, angus meat from Switzerland. The presentation on solid wooden boards, the accompaniment of fresh fries, the roasted garlic, the homemade sauces, are the perfect ally for the queen of the dish. I was so in love with the meat that I even forgot to mention the equally fantastic fried calamari and mushroom bruschetta starters. Very good local wines and also from the rest of the world. The desserts, fire and ice (baked apple with a scoop of ice cream) and the chocolat lava cake were delicious and the limoncello presented in a cold bowl was the perfect ending. The absolutely impeccable service from the owner and his adorable daughters, who gave the family touch that many restaurants lack, were the perfect complement and made this meal a moment of simply sublime pleasure. They have halal options, fishes, vegetarien dishes and angus burguers. Go to discover! You won't regret it! Thank you very much! See you soon!
