Merci Tamara!! We had a genuinely enjoyable dinner here. The restaurant was completely full, and the person serving the room was clearly under significant pressure. Despite that, she handled the evening with kindness, patience and impressive composure. Thank you Tamara— such a great waitress! The meat selection was extensive, including beef, horse, pork, chicken and even kangaroo. We shared generous portions of entrecôte with a large mixed salad and regional wine. The food was satisfying, the atmosphere relaxed and the final bill noticeably more reasonable than a similar dinner would have been in Zurich or Geneva. A very good ending to our day in the Gruyère region.
