Thank you for your feedback. While we’re pleased that you appreciated most of our team, we would however like to clarify a few important points regarding our closing procedure. Our opening hours are clearly displayed at the entrance of the brewery. Last orders and table payments are taken at 11:30 PM, at which time we also replace glassware with deposit plastic cups. Music is turned off at 11:40 PM, lights are turned on at 11:45 PM, and guests are asked to leave the premises at 11:55 PM. These steps are part of a very explicit and progressive closing process which leaves little room for confusion. For this reason, we do not feel that the situation described reflects a lack of professionalism or “sense of business” on our staff’s part. That said, we always remain attentive to feedback and will continue to ensure that this process is applied consistently for everyone.
