Una bellissima esperienza. Abbiamo preso la carne alla brace: super! Il filetto di maiale era morbido e succoso ed i civapcici ben cotti e saporiti il giusto, inoltre la carne aveva un ottimo sapore di brace. Servizio veloce e personale cordiale e disponibile. Vrsaranka is a hidden gem that my family and I have had the pleasure of visiting multiple times, including twice last year. In a romantic setting with a tree shading its terrace, the restaurant exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Vrsaranka offers a variety of tantalizing options. If you're a fan of fish, I highly recommend the Sea Bass. This enormous fish is smoked over homemade charcoal from a giant log, infusing it with a unique and delightful flavor. Another must try is their meat dish, which was exceptional overall, though the chicken was a bit bland. The rest of the meats were cooked to perfection and accompanied by a delightful paprika paste that added a nice touch. For those who enjoy schnitzel, Vrsaranka's Wiener Schnitzel is a standout. I've had many schnitzels over the years, but this one tops the list. The meat was incredibly tender and seemed to melt in your mouth, truly amazing. For dessert, I indulged in a chocolate soufflé, essentially a molten chocolate lava cake, served with whipped cream and berries. While it was good, I found myself wishing they offered other dessert options like tiramisu or crème brûlée. The experience was made even more special by the friendly and attentive staff. The owner took the time to show my little brother how to eat a fish, which was a charming moment. The fish cook also greeted and thanked my brother for enjoying his prepared fish Wich I tought was really cute. Overall, our dining experience at Vrsaranka was splendid.
