I go to this shop regularly because its convenient, and all the employees i’ve interacted with were very sweet and helpful. Except the older woman with short hair and eyebrow piercing. She is the only one of all the other employees who yelled at me, in regard to shipping my package. I’m still not sure what the actual problem was, because zero issues from the other employees when shipping. This last time she made me attach the document label on the package for her (again, the other employees don’t have a problem doing that themselves), she slammed it down in my face and proceeded to help the next person, and made a point of being extremely smiley and kind to this other person, and then completely rude to me once I finished attaching the documents for her. I’m still confused, baffled, and wish i knew her schedule so I can avoid the hours she works at this location.

Usually I don't write bad reviews, but tattooted lady in this kiosk was uncooperative, passive-agressive, disastrous customer service. I wanted to active my sim card. Unfortunately, I received disrespect, althought I tried to be nice to solve the problem. Don't recommend this place.
