Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung beim K Kiosk an der Aeschenvorstadt 41 in Basel. Das junge Mädchen an der Kasse führte ein längeres Privatgespräch auf Französisch mit anderen Gästen, während mehrere Kund*innen warten mussten – obwohl viel Betrieb war. Ich hatte keine Zeit zu warten, habe meine Ware deshalb zurückgelegt und den Laden ohne Kauf verlassen. Unter diesen Umständen werde ich diesen Kiosk in Zukunft meiden.

I am leaving two stars as once out of 4 times I have serviced well. Please reconsider being an access point for UPS if there’s a stand-in who has no clue how to check out a received parcel. Another time for a return parcel they ran out of the appropriate forms to use and third time I was sent back with the apologetic phrase „I was told I could not hand out the parcel, come back tomorrow“. Whenever I come there with full trust I am getting my package I leave disappointed and usually with a bad feeling that I am actually giving the staff such a super challenge of what I think is their job? Or wait do you take summer interns? If so I would gladly work for you, nope, just kidding.
