K kiosk è vicinissimo alla Basel Main Station. Il personale fastidioso è l'unica cosa che potrà rovinarti la serata in locale. Diversi ospiti constatano che il servizio è spettacolare. Ma k kiosk non ha ottenuto un punteggio alto dagli utenti di Google users.

Just witnessed the employee at a k-kiosk Basel SBB stop serving the very slow moving line of customers to go tell off a woman who was charging her phone at the entrance to the kiosk. „So macht man einfach nicht!“ Really? Is the electricity of k-kiosk so limited that this was a problem worth making 5 other people wait for? I left the line immediately, as I wouldn‘t have made my train. But even as the summer comes in and the need for refreshments rise, this makes me want to avoid k-kiosk whenever possible, especially at SBB.

I don't know about others, but I had good experience with Kiosk. It was my first payment in CHF In Switzerland. The cashier waited me to exchange EUR to CHF online and I was able to pay with no problem for a bottle of water and a vegan sandwich.

If they accept Euros the change will give in CHF ,better to pay by cards
