The employee there scams people out of lottery winnings by scanning the same losing ticket over and over again, and then refusing to give people their tickets back. Since the scanning machine stamps the ticket, giving the unstamped ticket back would give away the scam. Also he once tried tricking my son into thinking that sending a small letter would cost 5 CHF, when in reality it shouldn't be above 1.20 CHF.
