However, we take your comments seriously and will certainly review this with our chefs to see what might have gone wrong during your visit.Regarding the charge for tap water, we understand this can be surprising if you are visiting from abroad, but charging a small fee (such as 3 CHF) for serving water is a standard and common practice across most restaurants in Switzerland. This fee covers the cost of service, glass cleaning, and the restaurant infrastructure.
