This restaurant served excellent Indian food. There were seven of us, and the service was appropriately attentive. Everyone enjoyed their meals and there was much sharing! The owner came by the table and could not have been more gracious, including offering a ride back to our hotel (it was a lovely evening so we walked). Service: 5

India Village restaurant is the best indian food in Interlaken. Great taste, hospitality as well as the location (10 min walk from Interlaken ost)- this place checks all the boxes for anyone travelling to Switzerland. Delicious food, highly recommend!

I ordered coconut chicken curry dish which was brought to me in a small bowl, it was more like a soup with a few pieces of chicken plus a side of rice. The meal was average quality but the price, almost 40 euros was extremely high for what it was offered. Also they charged 3 euros for two small glasses of TAP WATER.
