It's one of the most delicious pizza in Lausanne. The dough is well made and fragrant, the ingredients Italian style and also from Naples. The flour is only white so It doesn't seem to be in step with today's times, where attention to food is very important. Very important on Italian pizza is not only the dough but also the tomato puree used and I must say that what they use is a good Italian tomato sauce. I really appreciated a pizza I had some time ago, it was with Neapolitan friarielli. A country vegetable that is difficult to find here. There are 2 types of prices, if you take away it costs less and if you eat in it costs more, in any case the price is very correct for the average prices in Lausanne. Vegetarian options: Plenty of Vegetarian options, you can ask to remove some ingredients and add others. Dietary restrictions: of course you can remove cheese from your order for dairy-free options. Parking: until 2026 the whole main road is full of construction so it can be difficult to find parking right in front. Many chances of finding a place behind the pizzeria building or arriving by bus, Galicien or Prélaz les Roses stop, walking 7 minutes.
