Consigliato da un'amica! Ora sono io a consigliare a chiunque passi da Lampedusa. La mia esperienza è stata incredibile! Cibo spaziale e servizio ineccepibile. Location? Farebbe innamorare le pietre! Ho letto recensioni negative ma, credo sinceramente, sia la classica storta. Da questo posto non puoi che uscire soddisfatto! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE, I have never been treated so badly. Arriving at 8.55pm we were immediately seated. After 20 minutes (and a reminder to the friendly waiter) we were finally brought some water without bread while we waited to order. After 30 minutes we ask to order and in an annoyed manner we are told by the owner that she would have taken orders from tables that arrived before us. After 45 minutes at 9.40pm we ask again that we want to order and the owner still tells us in an annoyed way that we have to be patient. To which we point out that the orders of THREE tables who sat AFTER us were taken. Instead of apologizing, the owner justified herself and invited us to leave if we weren't happy with the situation. No sooner said than done, we left (without even having been able to bite into a piece of bread). Whatever the difficulties, it would be appropriate to APOLOGIZE when you are wrong and not insist by making a wall by saying that you are not. It was also very bad taste to talk to us loudly behind our backs in the middle of the tables as we left the place, with the waiter telling her "The boy is right". It's a shame because the place is beautiful. Before writing this review, unfortunately given the content of the owner's responses on TripAdvisor, I would therefore add the advice to take reviews constructively as a tool TO IMPROVE, and not to respond badly to customers both in person and online.
