We had the bündner gerstensuppe, mit hauswurst. It was excellent. Even though outside the clouds were down, with soft rain, the service inside was excellent and brightened the day. Our yoga knowledgeable waitress was super friendly and efficient. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 20–30

Service was great especially by Ken who communicated with me ahead of time as I wanted to make sure I could get my mum to the restaurant by wheelchair, which you can. Just take gondola and cable car up and then a 10 minute walk. Mostly flat. They went above and beyond with excellent service. Thank you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We took the cable car up the mountain on a Monday in October and struggled to find a place to eat as it seemed nowhere was open. Bergbaiz was the only open restaurant we found and we were not disappointed. The food options were plentiful and authentic. Prices were fairly reasonable (given Switzerland's high prices and the location of this establishment). Bergbaiz is a great option to grab food and/or drinks after a hike!
