Just came back from a trip to Abruzzo and stopped in this little gem of a cafe for espresso after visiting the castle in town. It's very tiny, but that's the charm! We sat in a small room with a group of six Italian men. Some women joined them later, and it was one big party! And the fact that we were in the middle of it, was amazing! Even the people who worked there joined the group at times. Someone in their group came in with a bunch of pizzas from somewhere else, and they shared it with us, which was so sweet! I don't think they get many Americans in this town, s we were probably something of a novelty. The place was so full of their joyful energy, and it made the whole experience from an outsider's perspective absolutely priceless! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €1–10
