Decliningtoilets in bad shape (why do they remove the seats??), entire fridge section out of service, less seating outside and so on. Sad

In the Corona crisis... For me as a customer, the cleanliness of the store and the right protection concept became the focus because of the risk of a Covid infection! And in contrast to so many other companies (including large companies), I am critical, I have to give avec-Neuhausen an impeccably good certificate from my point of view (as a layman). I felt safe. It takes a lot of additional work and discipline to implement such protection and hygiene concepts! Clearly the team has done a really good job here. The range of goods and the store concept are well thought out and appear solid. There is also a consistency in this regard, so that as a regular customer you can always find your way around because everything hasn't been changed all the time. However, improvements will be made where necessary. That's why I think the manager is motivated and thinks in the interests of the customers! However, at some point (maybe I'm overestimating this as a non-millennial) the employees need to be more clearly defined or aware that when customers are in the store, they should quickly put their cell phones away and pay attention to the customer ! “Personal” entries in Instagram etc. can, must wait. A train ticket is more urgent. As a customer, I would like to be able to enter the lottery numbers without waiting or would be happy if I could get the coffee to go as quickly as possible when I'm stressed. Maybe some people could be happier if they came first and not their personal details?! Either way: I'll always be happy to come back to avec in 2021 :-)
