Here at aROMA, we're all about the artisanal approach. This means we choose only natural, top-notch ingredients and put a lot of care into making our gelato. For instance, our fruits are all prepped by hand, and many steps in our process are done the old-fashioned way, rather than on an industrial scale. Our goal is to create something special, not just in the gelato bowl but also in the whole vibe of our shops, inspired by Italy's "La Dolce Vita" era and even recognized with a design award. This attention to detail is part of why our prices are what they are. We're sorry to hear you feel our gelato is expensive, but we hope this helps you see the value and love we pour into each portion that it's exactly 100 grams. The tipping is optional.
