Dear workshop team We would like to thank you for the brilliant Christmas dinner. Everyone was thrilled and wishes you the next event. Starting with an aperitif and a glass of white wine, the 3-course menu was presented. Starter: Salmon tartare with parsnip puree and a radish vinaigrette Main course: Roast veal with herb crust & gin jus, homemade pumpkin-potato gnocchi with hazelnut-Brussels sprouts Dessert: Greek yogurt mousse with pomegranate and orange The food was a poem and the atmosphere was bombastic. We had an entertaining evening with tears of laughter. We can only recommend the event location for the workshop. Visit number 3 will follow. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU :)

Great food, very committed, nice team. The food at the birthday party was perfect, salad, pastured beef, quark spaetzli and a tiramisu at its best! Compliment!
