Dopo aver visto lo Schloss Ebenrain, vieni in questo ristorante. Il carinissimo personale lavora duramente, ha un atteggiamento positivo e rende questo posto fantastico. Diversi visitatori dicono che il servizio è ottimo. Sulla base del feedback su Google degli ospiti, Hotel Restaurant zur Sonne AG si merita 4.

This review is only about the restaurant! Had dinner as a group of 5 last night. Very (!) dissappointed. Not one dish, from Schnitzel, Pinsa, Hirsch Pfeffer or Soup could really please us, we shared among each other and were all very dissappointed. Meat was very dry, dishes were not really hot, had to be brought all the way from another building? Prices rather on high end. Lots of dishes not available, close to a Christmas break, understandable but weird nevertheless (never experienced that before). We were the only guests, on a Saturday evening? The building is very nicely renovated but the kitchen/restaurant is definitely not worth it - not recommended! Service: 2

I am deeply disappointed that the staff were so hostile and refused to accept responsibility for a broken air conditioner and their failure to answer calls during the night. The AC was broken and I was unable to reach anyone about this during the night. We payed extra to stay here due to AC and were told the next morning “What do you want me to do about it?! You’ve already paid”. They refused to give even a partial refund or assist in any way. They also refused to acknowledge there was a problem. The inability to reach someone from the staff about the problem and the hostile response were shocking for a hotel such as this. Service: 1

Nice hotel in the center of a nice village. The hotel was very nice and clean. But the most exceptional was the service! Absolutely fantastic! Service: 5
