This is a perfect hide out for some of the best scenery!!! Good communication from host. Kind friendly Would recommend this place Service: 4

After arriving here as booked, I was told that I could not stay here due to a water problem. The owner told us to find another hotel and that he would pay the difference, so we stayed at another hotel. (Because we made the reservation on the day of arrival, the only hotel that met our requirements was a place with a higher accommodation cost than this hotel.) ) However, later on, the owner ignored my email to request payment of the difference, and did not reply to my request, even though I had booked through booking.com and had been contacted by the customer center. In other words, the owner of this hotel ran away from the payment of the difference. ここに予約通りに到着した後、水回りのトラブルで宿泊できないと言われた。他のホテルを探して欲しい、その差額は支払うとオーナーに言われたため、他のホテルに宿泊。(当日予約という事もあり、条件に合うホテルはこのホテルより宿泊費の高い所しか無かった。) しかし後日、こちらから差額の支払い要求に対するメールを無視。booking .com経由で予約しており、カスタマーセンターからも連絡をしてもらったが、そちらにも返信をしなかった。つまり、ここのオーナーは差額の支払いから逃げました。 Service: 1
