At the Gasthof zum Rebstock in Muttenz I experienced a top-class culinary highlight with the morel dream. The pasta with morel cream sauce was a real treat that took my taste buds on a journey through the flavors of the season. The combination of tender noodles and the rich, creamy sauce with the intense flavor of morels was simply irresistible. The restaurant impresses not only with its excellent service, but also with a diverse selection of specialties from French-Mediterranean cuisine. Whether “Les trois filets”, Chateaubriand or the famous veal cordon bleu “Rebstock” – every guest will find something to their taste here. The use of fresh, regional products and the seasonal adaptation of the menu always guarantee an authentic and enjoyable experience. In addition to the exquisite dishes, the extensive selection of fine wines from different countries also impresses. The regularly changing lunch menus and seasonal recommendations always offer new taste experiences that delight and convince guests like me.
