Very disappointing service at Zenhäusern Visp Bahnhof I visited Zenhäusern Visp Bahnhof twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. The first time, I thought it might just have been a coincidence, but the second visit was even worse. The staff at the counter were extremely unfriendly and seemed completely uninterested in customers waiting to be served. I called several times saying “Entschuldigung”, but the employee acted as if she could not hear me. There was not even any eye contact or acknowledgement. They seemed focused only on the customers already sitting and taking orders, while customers at the cash counter were simply ignored. I understand that it can be busy, but basic customer service means acknowledging someone who is waiting. After two visits with the same experience, I cannot consider this a one-time incident. Very disappointing, especially from a place at such a busy location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
