Soggiornato per una notte, posizione meravigliosa, silenziosissimo e molto pulito.Letti comodi.siamo arrivati in anticipo al mattino presto e ci hanno dato lo stesso la camera. Ci hanno servito il pranzo fuori orario come cortesia. Il cibo è delizioso, ottima colazione abbondante. Estrema cortesia ed elasticità considerando che siamo in Svizzera. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Great value

The Hotel Zarera, in the eyes of those who do not often frequent the place that lives there, bores (and not a little) the overall opinion of a lively, functional and functioning area like that of the Canton of Grisons, a few km from St Moritz. I am usually reluctant to judge a hospitality facility negatively, primarily because I respect the hard work and admire the dedication that the difficult Ho.re.ca world requires nowadays. Secondly, it is because I almost never hold a grudge, even in the face of a clearly negative experience (not being able to find any bad synonyms at the moment that would prevent me from being criminally warned, I would really like to use them). My personal experience at Zarera appears gloomy and unrefreshed from our first telephone and electronic correspondence which took place during the booking phase, in fact I notice distrust and a marked but hesitant availability which is then replicated during the stay, except for the playing cards (with six jokers, but it doesn't matter) provide us to ease an afternoon waiting for a new day, and some useful information to continue our roadmap which I must say we appreciated. Summing up and apologizing for having gone on too long, I find the Zarera hotel not very credible in terms of prices given the dirty and dated rooms and the "services" of an embarrassing quality, such as the refusal to ask to toast some of the day's bread first to have breakfast or spend 18 euros for some Nesquick passed off as hot chocolate. I therefore remain distant from this type of offer (155 euros for a room from the early 1900s) and advise against it to anyone who will read my story. Greetings Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3

We appreciate the sincerity of the facts. The hotel Zarera offered you the garage for free and you didn't even bother to say thank you. As for the Nesquik (Sachet of Italian chocolate) The lady forgot that 5 freshly made biscuits were …We appreciate the sincerity of the facts. The hotel Zarera offered you the garage for free and you didn't even bother to say thank you. As for the Nesquik (Sachet of Italian chocolate) The lady forgot that 5 freshly made biscuits were served in the house requested by the customer. We also know that the rooms are dated but clean and nice according to the opinion of the majority of customers!!!More
