Che dire.. Ottima la cucina parmigiana casareccia, torta fritta e salumi Top! Tagliolini allo Zafferano Top! Location curata nei minimi dettagli mi è piaciuta molto! Proprietari simpatici e attenti a soddisfare il proprio cliente e anche il personale Tommaso Top!! Lo consiglio se passate di lì fermatevi ne vale la pena

I had the pleasure of having lunch at the Zafferano restaurant and can't say enough about every aspect of this extraordinary dining experience. From the moment you enter, you are welcomed with warmth and professionalism, in a clean environment with attention to the smallest details. The cuisine is simply spectacular: each dish tells a story, a perfect balance between tradition and innovation. The ingredients are of the highest quality, fresh and expertly combined. I tasted the tagliolini with truffle, a real poem for the palate, as well as the appetizer with the Duca's platter. The desserts also deserve a special mention: a triumph of flavors and creativity. The service is impeccable: the staff is attentive, helpful and always ready to satisfy every need, without ever appearing intrusive. Zafferano is a place where the passion for cuisine and hospitality can be felt in every detail. An experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-level restaurant. I will definitely be back!
