ZYX Bowling

Dear Stacey, We are sorry that our menu did not appear to offer suitable vegan options. As a bowling and entertainment centre with a smaller kitchen, we have a focused menu, but we use quality ingredients and are happy to adapt several dishes upon request. For example, our vegetarian salad can be prepared without egg, while our veggie burger can be served without cheese and sour cream, making both suitable for vegan guests. Our staff would have gladly explained the available options and adjusted the meal to your preferences had we been informed. Nevertheless, we understand that this may not have been clearly communicated, and we will work on making the available vegan adaptations more visible to future guests. We are sorry that this affected your overall impression so significantly. Best regards,Zyx team
