Amazing experience at Yogi Booster! We went in early May 2023 and I’m finally taking the time to post a review. There are a lot more reviews and pictures at happycow.net in case you want to see more. Nobody else was dining when we arrived in the basement hotel spa area where the tiny restaurant is located. Just the chef was there and he said there is no menu; he will create at his whim with what he has that day. We accepted the proposal and did not regret it! The soup (which I now forget what was in it - beets and something else), super flavorful and served at the perfect temperature. I don’t typically like beets but the soup was amazing. It was served with crackers he made from pulp from his juicer. Then came our colorful bowls filled artistically with several amazing mixtures. Greens, marinated vegetables, some items were flavored with fresh fruit juices. I wish I had written down the descriptions he gave us, but there were so many components I can’t remember now! He was so kind and welcoming, and the food was so healthy and flavorful. I wish we didn’t live across the ocean, I would be there all the time! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
