Ordered directly online, delivery time info approx. 60 minutes. Waiting time almost 2 hours. Called twice and was told the order was out. The third call isn't even answered and the order isn't there after 9 1/2 hours. That used to be a good tip. Arrived after almost 3 hours, the sushi is tasty, but the hunger has almost disappeared. Too bad

I ordered Boa Burger today via eat.ch, apparently the restaurants belong together. Food came 1 hour 30 minutes late but money was still demanded. The small appetizer plate practically only consisted of oil and the shrimp tempura tasted strange at the first bite, I don't know if it was bad. No one could be reached by phone either, so I put a frozen pizza in the oven and suddenly the driver showed up but he took his time, chilled in the car on his cell phone for another 5 minutes, why not?? A bottomless impudence, let's see if you can report it to Eat.ch

Very disappointed. We ordered via Eat.ch and 1. had to wait an incredibly long time, 2. the food didn't really taste good (sauce was too runny, rice was too cold). And the Nan bread was too small (3.- for the small dough). I can't recommend it...
