Food: I think the food is good and completely okay. However, I rarely eat there because it seems too expensive for me as a student. If I don't have anything with me, I prefer to go to the Luks food cart. Service: Unfortunately, the staff often seems unfriendly and does not respond to the needs of the students. It has happened several times that the milk in the coffee was bad. When I asked the staff about it, I was told that it was because of the new coffee beans, which I could understand. However, I noticed that the structure of the milk is often strange, especially on Monday mornings. Even if you just give milk, for example, it doesn't taste fresh. Maybe it would be helpful to pay attention to cleaning the coffee machine more often and changing the milk more often. Ambience: I find the environment and the atmosphere of the bistro very pleasant. I let coffee out of the machine several times, but the milk was spoiled. When I asked, I was told that new beans were used for the coffee machine. However, the coffee was undrinkable so I had to throw it away several times. It's extremely frustrating when you're looking forward to a good coffee and then something like this happens. As we reported back in direct conversation, there is currently a supply bottleneck for coffee beans and therefore other beans are on offer. These other beans produce a different coffee flavor (tend to be more bitter and, in the case of lattes, more acidic). As soon as the supply bottleneck is resolved, we will return to the usual beans. The UHT milk used is always fresh. Please continue to report directly to employees if something does not meet your expectations. We would be happy if we could serve you as a coffee connoisseur again in the future. More

In my opinion, prices are far too expensive for students. 3 Fr For a cup of milk? 3.5 Fr for an El Tony Mate? Sandwiches are inedible. Staff unfriendly. Tables are often dirty. I find it very unfortunate. It's worth going to the neighborhood meeting point on the other side of the street. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
