All food on the menu is gluten-free. They have dairy free alternatives. We had pizza and Plejskavica and the food was very good. The food was ready quickly. Only the staff is in a bad mood, but I understand, not every day is your day. The atmosphere is great, the place is very nice, the toilet is clean and the food is excellent. This is the only gluten free restaurant we found in Split so we had to try it out. It was a nice experience, we even went back another day too because it's not every day that I can eat a gf pizza as tasty as this one! I highly recommend this place! Salt offers fantastic gluten-free dishes that don’t compromise on taste. The menu is diverse, and everything we tried was flavorful and well-prepared. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about dietary needs, making the experience even better. However, the only downside was the lack of effective air conditioning—it was quite warm inside. Despite this, the excellent food and service made it worth the visit. Highly recommended for gluten-free dining, just be prepared for the heat! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
