Absolutely disgusting meat quality! The two at the counter are a complete joke and obviously have nothing to do with hygiene. The woman got my order completely wrong not once, but several times, so I simply couldn't eat it. When I complained about it, the man on the phone said he would give takeaway next time. When I got back, he suddenly remembered my complaint, but immediately wanted me to pay, even though he had promised me something completely different on the phone! And as if that wasn't enough, he blatantly lied to me and said he never said what he promised me on the phone. He even said it wasn't her fault at all! It's a disgrace how you treat customers!! Addendum: Justeat refunded me the amount for the pizza. Yesterday I ordered and paid for a Hawaiian pizza via Justeat. Waited over 1.5 hours, no call, nothing... when I went for a walk with my dog, I found the pizza stuffed in my mailbox! Of course cold and therefore inedible. After talking to the owner on the phone today, it turns out he stuffed it in there himself. He wanted to lie and say he called, that's not true and I can prove that. No insight or apology, just hanging up like in kindergarten was probably his strategy. Absolutely unacceptable and not recommended.
