We will definitely be back – a clear recommendation for anyone looking for a special culinary experience. Ambiance & concept: The restaurant has a modern, slightly cool industrial style that still feels warm and inviting. The large distance between the tables is particularly pleasant, creating a quiet atmosphere. The open kitchen is at the center and offers fascinating insights into the coordinated interaction of the kitchen team. Since there is no classic service, the chefs serve and explain the dishes themselves. This creates direct interaction with the guests and feedback is received immediately. I refer to Cyrill Mascello's entry from February 10, 2025 and can confirm his words 100%. We ate exactly the same menu three days ago, it was simply amazing!
