Werkhof—the name itself encapsulates the essence of this extraordinary dining establishment. What might be considered a limitation—"only" using ingredients that grow or thrive in Switzerland—turns out to be a seemingly inexhaustible resource for an incredibly wide range of wonderful creations from this exceptional team of chefs. It's like a journey of discovery through the rich natural landscape of this country, with your eyes wide open. Whether it's moss or meat from rare breeds of cattle, everything is treated with respect. Authentic, yet incredibly creative. We can only imagine the immense amount of work that goes into creating such a WERK, but our taste buds are thoroughly spoiled. Every single flavor remains in your memory, a sign of perfect cuisine. The lovely service also radiates joy, pride, and love for their Team WERK and spoil the guests who are enjoying it. Thank you for the evening; we memorize every minute of it.
