I traveled all the way from Texas to visit this little bakery in Egliswil, and goodness, was it worth every mile. Their bread comes out of the oven so fresh, so tender, and so full of honest, beautiful flavor that it truly is the best I’ve ever tasted in my life. Every loaf feels like it was made with both skill and soul. Bruno and Claudia are the heart of this place. From the moment I walked in, they welcomed me with such warmth and kindness that I felt like I’d known them for years. They took their time explaining each bread with a smile that told you they love what they do. And when they shared their homemade pineapple jam with me — that bright, sweet little spoonful — it felt like a gift straight from their kitchen to my heart. I’m already dreaming of coming back soon, seeing their friendly faces again, and enjoying more of their healthy, delicious bread. This bakery isn’t just a place that makes incredible food — it’s a place filled with genuine people, and I’m grateful I had the chance to experience it.
