Lo sveglio personale lavora duramente, ha un atteggiamento positivo e rende questo posto fantastico. Rimarrai sicuramente contento dell'ottimo servizio. Molti ospiti pensano che i prezzi sono popolari per quello che ti danno. Di solito è bene provare qualcosa di nuovo godendosi un'atmosfera gioviale. Locale nuovo e moderno. Personale molto gentile, disponibile, attento e molto presente nel coccolare il cliente Un menù da ristorante gourmet ma con prezzi più che onesti. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

Mi sento di dare 5 stelle per l'ottima esperienza, pesce fresco e cucina eccezionale. Servizio accogliente, come il ristorante con un ottima vista sul lago. Meal type: Dinner

In response to our one-star review, the owner stated that eight of us had ordered only five coffees. This is simply not what happened: there were six of us, not eight, and we had lunch at the restaurant — we did not just stop for coffee. During our stay in Koufonissi, we ate at several other restaurants and never had any problem asking to pay separately. Here, however, such a simple request provoked a completely disproportionate reaction from the owner, who treated us with great rudeness and hostility. When we asked to pay separately, we were told that if we wanted to pay by card, they would only accept one single card payment for the entire table. We therefore paid individually in cash. The worst moment came when the owner said to us: “May you stay in your country.” An offensive and completely unacceptable remark, made simply because we had asked to pay individually. The way the bill was handled also left us very puzzled. We were not given an itemised bill or a receipt. After we had all paid in cash, without showing us any bill or breakdown of the amount, we were simply told that €10 was still missing. We gave them the additional €10. All this despite prices that we found extremely high, especially considering the service and the way we were treated. We only wish we had read the other reviews before having lunch here. Fortunately, this experience does not reflect what we encountered elsewhere in Koufonissi, where we were always welcomed with kindness and never experienced anything similar.
