Location incantevole , cibo raffinato, personale cortese,affabile e competente.

Located outside of the city of Dübendorf and on a wooden hillside overlooking the valley. I made my reservation about two weeks in advance online at the restaurants website which was quick and easy and also allowed for a reschedule. Arriving there was easy, about 20-25 minutes away from Uster area. Finding a suitable parking spot was a bit of a challenge at around 20:00 as the place was packed. Parking here is complimentary. We enjoyed the warm and friendly reception and greeting from the host and the table available to us was large enough to seat our party of 3. The waitress was attending quickly and with a smile. The available Menü is condensed on 2 pages which I find perfectly acceptable as it speaks to the freshness of the dishes served. The wait time for the starters and then to the main course was acceptable and the ambient, although the place was busy, somewhat calm and easy to hold a conversation. The food was prepared to order and presented nicely on the dishes it was served. It was our first time here but we had a very nice stay, enjoyed our meal and time spent and it was a very nice experience, meeting our expectations. The staff is top, educated on the dishes they serve (as to ingredients and options) to answer any questions. The prices are reasonable, given the size of the portions and the location - no complaints at all. We will be back at some point later to enjoy the outside terrace seating area and a quaint afternoon in the area. Really lovely and worth a visit.
