Danger!!! I made reservations online and paid for the party on Tuesday. On Friday morning I called the caretaker for the key and he told me that he didn't know you were coming since you didn't show up. That's why we allowed other people to use the barbecue area freely. I said that I wanted privacy, I paid and reserved, whether I come or not, I don't want anyone else to use the garden or the house. The caretaker said he usually puts up a sign saying it's a private event, but it's too late now. People came, used the grill I cooked my meat on, went to the bathroom, and changed clothes in front of the guests. After the party I tidied up and cleaned everything. The lady who is the caretaker didn't complain until three days after the event via message that it wasn't clean. I asked for evidence and was given a picture that showed some leaves and trash on a tile in front of the house. I received a cleaning fee from the municipality for this. Be sure to photograph every corner before you leave the house.

Nice hut is recommended, when you rent you also get wood to light the fire. Everything you need is inside. The caretaker is very nice and makes a lot of effort.
