We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel in the forest. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the location in the forest makes it a special destination. Delicious food. Great Sauna. We enjoyed walking and exploring from the hotel. A relaxing place to spend a few nights. Service: 5

This hotel is truly amazing. It’s about a 15-minute walk from downtown Saas Fee, yet nestled in the middle of the forest, offering a perfect mix of convenience and nature. The property is exceptionally well maintained, and the staff is fantastic. A special shout-out to Felipe, our driver, who picked us up and dropped us off at the station. He was always smiling, incredibly friendly, and worked tirelessly. The only suggestion would be to add a shower partition in the bathroom. We stayed in a family room for four people, and the bathroom was almost completely open to the bedroom, which felt a bit awkward. Despite that, I would absolutely stay here again! Service: 5
