When I bought a pair of ON socks at 9:31 a.m. because I got rained on while biking, I kindly asked the salesman to change my clothes quickly. He directed me to the station toilet in a very rude tone. I find this very weak. Especially if you even bought something shortly beforehand. Even if it's just a single person, I will now avoid this business.
