Well stocked, staff hound after clients felt like they were more interested in looking for thieves than being of service. Had a coffee and left, didn't bother looking further.

Top brands combined with excellent advice. We bought a pair of Technica skiboots and are very satisfied.

After being the only client and spending 125 CHF there but posing a few questions and being on the go I got publicly ridiculed and laughed at by the crew: that hurt.
