Terrible costumer service: I was about to buy a Bialetti moka express, l flitted it to check the price, my 4 year old son barely touch another moka coffee maker and the woman behind the desk said “don’t touch it” I ask why? .. she answered“nobody can touch it”

98 CHF for a blockage in the hose for the cup preheater + decalcification... Machine not even cleaned... Real customer service for this price looks different... Positive: MA in the shop friendly and the "repair time"
