It’s been a little over a year since my wife and I spent part of our honeymoon at Vocabolo, and we absolutely loved it. The hotel is set on beautiful, peaceful grounds, and the attention to detail in the design is evident everywhere you look. The staff at this boutique hotel were outstanding, upgrading our room upon check-in and assisting with anything and everything we needed. What makes Vocabolo truly special is the vibe. The staff create a warm, friendly, and family-like atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Visiting in November, we appreciated the slower pace, which allowed us to enjoy intimate moments together. Vocabolo served as an excellent base for exploring the charming towns of Umbria. However, the hotel itself was so inviting that we dedicated an entire day to enjoying the grounds, the couples massage, and relaxing on our balcony, watching the trees and plants sway in the wind. A special mention goes to their wine expert, Francesco, who consistently provided excellent recommendations. He’s truly the man! Vocabolo is just a lovely place, and we can’t wait to return. A boutique hotel with a magnificent and modern design - but never cold - in a context dating back to 1200 and renovated with great respect. an obsessive attention to detail and a place that regenerates the soul with silence but where you never feel alone because the staff is always ready to help or just have a chat. The rooms are all different but with a common thread: a warm and functional design made of refined materials and colour. The staff is very kind: always available for advice on what to visit in the area or what to drink and eat. I would like to thank them one by one for their presence and professionalism but it would be too self-referential, so I limit myself to a collective praise that does not want to distort the individual personalities but rather highlights the excellent choral work carried out.
