We spent a prolonged weekend in Locarno and the Vivo Bistro was 10 minutes situated from our accommodation. First evening we went there since we have been a bit tired to walk down to the lake - and we have found a hidden gem. Best Italian food combined with the most friendly and speedy service. Needless to say that we have spent there the second evening, too. Not down the lake where is only unfriendly staff as we have experienced. Vivo Bistro, best Carbonara, Amatriciana Pasta, tomatoes with Tropea onions. And it is calm away from tourists mass. An absolute must visit..!!
