They finally started to accept cards but you have to announce your paying preference before ordering.

Very good position and excellent terrace. Sometimes it's even possible to find parking either nearby or just in front of the caffe. Service is fast and staff is friendly. Interior decoration is good as is the case with all the other Vivas bars. From terrace you can watch the busy corner of Ljubljanica and Dinarska street and neighbouring terraces. Coffe is great and beer selection is quite good.
