Basically, we greatly regret the possibility that some customers may not have spent a pleasant evening in the winery. However, we would also like to underline a very important aspect of our business and, indeed, we thank you for your review as it allows us to highlight what, in our opinion, is one of our peculiarities. The slowness of our service, which for you is a negative aspect, for us is what distinguishes our work. We are not a fast food restaurant and we don't want to be! We have had loyal customers for over 10 years now, who come back to indulge in hours of total relaxation, with a warm traditional dish and a good wine to taste without any rush. In fact, we are among the few restaurants that have not yet – by choice! – wanted to adapt to the table shifts. People come to us, sometimes sitting down at 8pm and occupying the table until midnight, or even more. We are a family-run business and by choice we did not want a large number of seats, because this would have forced us into a type of restaurant that would not have been what we wanted to recreate. We don't have ready meals, it's all freshly prepared by ONE chef, my wife, because the products used are all 0 km, coming from our local producers, so every week the menu adapts to seasonality. Consequently, times expand, due to the very nature of what has just been written. We like to think that those who come to dine at the Vineria feel at home - with the pros and cons that this entails, first and foremost for ourselves. Therefore, the concept of "grabbing a quick bite" understands well that it absolutely cannot be our formamentis. On the contrary, the concept of "slow life" is certainly more similar to us - or it would be better to say "slow weekend", in our case. Having said this, we are truly sorry for not having offered you a pleasant experience, but we thank you again for your testimony, which gave us a further opportunity to tell us about ourselves, to those who perhaps do not yet know our reality.
