What you define as "normal" cream puffs is a classic dessert of ours, it takes the mignon pastry but in a large format and I believe that you were duly informed when ordering that this only contained "normal" Chantilly cream. As regards the berries that you consider frozen, I must inform you that we do not use this type of fruit but only fresh berries (they are delivered to us 3 times a week) and paid for at a high price. We are also sorry that you consider 5.60 euros too much for a cream puff with Chantilly cream (€2.30) and a single portion with a shortcrust pastry base, sponge cake, mascarpone cream and fresh berries (€3.30), all served at table in a new and elegant place. Furthermore, I would like to tell you that we do not have the bad habit of applying different prices based on the nationality of our customers. Finally, I inform you that we have no desire to downsize in any way, on the contrary we want to grow more and more. He didn't eat bad desserts, he didn't receive bad service, the place wasn't poorly maintained, none of this, and yet he felt the need to leave us a review with the lowest rating possible just because he paid more than he perhaps expected .
