As regards the berries that you consider frozen, I must inform you that we do not use this type of fruit but only fresh berries (they are delivered to us 3 times a week) and paid for at a high price. We are also sorry that you consider 5.60 euros too much for a cream puff with Chantilly cream (€2.30) and a single portion with a shortcrust pastry base, sponge cake, mascarpone cream and fresh berries (€3.30), all served at table in a new and elegant place. Furthermore, I would like to tell you that we do not have the bad habit of applying different prices based on the nationality of our customers.
