A small but excellent artisanal bakery in Pully, known locally for the very high quality of its pastries and viennoiseries. Everything tastes freshly made, with proper butter flavor and light, flaky textures — the kind of craftsmanship you expect from a serious bakery rather than a chain. What you might not know: • Viennoiseries are the real highlight. Croissants and pain au chocolat are consistently excellent — flaky, buttery, and well laminated. Locals often come specifically for these in the morning. • The best items sell out early. If you want the full selection, it’s better to come earlier in the day; popular pastries tend to disappear quickly. • The pastry counter focuses on quality over quantity — you won’t see dozens of options, but what’s there is carefully executed. • The bakery has a very neighborhood feel. Many customers are regulars from Pully who stop by for breakfast pastries or weekend treats. • It’s also a nice quick coffee stop, especially if you want a simple, high-quality pastry rather than a full café experience.
