Dear Morana, thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. Please allow us to clarify that we cannot compare the service and offering of a Michelin-starred restaurant with a festival event organized by the local tourist board, in which our winery (not the restaurant) along with many other wineries from the region participates. This festival is a collective celebration of local wine culture and not a representation of our standard, everyday service. During the festival, you did not use the restaurant’s services. As every year, the event attracts a very large number of visitors, and in our effort to manage the crowds and ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere, seated tables and wine packages were reserved exclusively for guests with prior reservations. Access to the area was regulated accordingly, and communicated clearly in advance not to exclude anyone, but to avoid overcrowding and ensure a smoother experience. Despite our best efforts, managing the flow of thousands of spontaneous visitors is not entirely in our control. We are truly sorry if, due to the busy environment, you did not receive the level of attention or experience you expected. However, we would kindly note that this was not our regular service, but a special, simplified format offered specifically for the festival. A festival is, by nature, a celebration, vibrant, dynamic, and sometimes a little chaotic. It is not an accurate reflection of the intimate, thoughtful service we strive to offer throughout the year. For that reason, we warmly invite you to visit us again outside of the festival period, when we can welcome you in a more relaxed setting and offer you a true experience of our winery and hospitality.
