...and the journey continues with another milestone, "VinSushi", our new Japanese-Asian restaurant in the heart of Bruneck... because we love the special.

First it was just a vision and then it became a mission. And we should give our new piece of jewelery a name and thus a face. The focus for us is the Japanese character "En" 縁.
"En" stands for destiny, relationship, connection.

We believe meeting Chef Mohan Jiang was destiny. A good friendly relationship developed between us and now we have a connection with the joint restaurant VinSushi by RISCHON.

Extraordinary moments of pleasure with unique taste explosions of Japanese-Asian cuisine, of course made with only the best ingredients, this is what you can expect from us. Mohan is a master of his craft. He comes from China and completed his training as a chef in Udine and Milan.
