I did not get to stay here because I accidentally booked the right days in the wrong month. I realized my error when they sent me our check-in instructions and asked for our arrival time. Unfortunately they did not have availability on our actual dates of travel but when I called, they made recommendations on alternative locations and helped me through the process to get a refund. Most hotels in Italy I read about do not offer refunds regardless of the reason, so I was pleasantly surprised they helped me. Next time I am in the area I will definitely try to stay here. They were super nice and helpful.

There are rules that do not allow refunds within a certain date of arrival. Each hotel establishes its own limit and ours is three days before arrival. Anyway we try to find a solution to every problem. We are very happy that you appreciated our flexibility, but above all that you were able to enjoy your holidays. Hopefully see you soon!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this quaint and peaceful hotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The concierge team was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local shops and restaurants. But the real standout feature of the property is its location. Perched just alongside the beach, it offers breathtaking views of the iconic Cinque Terre coastline. Additionally, the easy access to the town's charming center made it an ideal base for exploring this picturesque and unforgettable village. After a long day of sightseeing or relaxing, I looked forward to returning to the hotel's cozy bar for a drink or a bite. The bartenders were true mixologists, crafting creative cocktails using local spirits and fresh, seasonal ingredients. The bar's outdoor and rooftop terraces were perfect to unwind with a glass of wine and watch the sunset or soak in the Monterosso energy. Overall, my stay was absolutely wonderful. The combination of the attentive staff, unbeatable location, and fantastic bar made it a truly memorable experience. I can't wait to return and recommend this accommodation to all. Service: 5
