Dopo aver fatto un giro attorno al Il Gigante, molti visitatori si fermano in questo pub & bar. Al pub & bar La Villa degli Argentieri, i visitatori possono provare delle lasagne e insalate esotiche. The bar in front of the restaurant is great (and very strategically located)! The bar staff serving was very friendly - there is however one grumpy and rude older woman who was the restaurant staff/server that was muttering and telling the customers waiting in the bar queue to move out of her wayshe was also yelling at the younger staff in training - super unprofessional! Service: 2

Upon arrival we told them the air conditioning was not working. They said they would fix it. Barely slept due to the humidity. The next day we asked them to fix it again and they said turn it off and open the window. Breakfast was not maintained fresh during the entire time if you came at the end of breakfast you got old food. Several other guests complained about the Wi-Fi not working. The rooms are small and in a state of disrepair. This is a one-star hotel with the only redeeming quality being the location. Make this your last resort. Service: 1

Hi Nick! it wasn't enough to give us a two on Expedia, you wanted to confirm here too how negative it was your experience here with us. We accept it, everyone has and must express its own opinion. However, it is also right that each country has its own rules and that sometimes it is also nice to find something different from what you are used to, even if you don't liked it. During your stay, we tried to ease the frustration given from the days of bad weather which, obviously, were not our responsibility. We have tried to explain to you that air conditioning in Italy can only be used in certain conditions. We change your towels whenever you needed them, as, according to you and only you, they were always damp. Clearly this wasn't enough. We're sorry because, all things considered, we thought we did our best. Breakfast is freshly prepared every morning and it can't be defined "old" even if you arrived in the end. It can happen that something finish but our girls are always ready to prepare again what is left. October is usually a month of storms around Italy, in particular our region is one of the most affected: Monterosso was devastated from a flood in 2011. This is the reason why during these storms the wifi line is weaker. We are sorry that the service was not up to your standards and we hope that the lack of wifi did not cause too much damage to your existence. However, we hope to be able to host you again, perhaps with sunny days that will make you see everything from a different perspective. Best regards

The restaurant we had plan to visit was fully booked so we decided to visit the restaurant located inside La Villa degli Argentieri. As a group we sat inside and ordered our food on the mosaic tables. The food was edible, but none of us enjoyed the meal, felt like heated up oven food, not freshly prepared for Italy. There are plenty of nicer places to enjoy food in the area. Whilst you say in your other reviews the hotel is separate, from looking at other reviews your guests have breakfast here too, so either way you should take some responsibly. In response to your reply, we sat down at a table inside and were given a menu for food bar/restaurant either way the quality should of been better considering we are in Italy. Several other reviews suggest the food is Frozen.. I've eaten plenty of Pizza so I can assure you I can taste the difference from something that had been freshly prepared. I am sure any person who takes more than a minute reading the reviews and your responses to reviews is clever enough to make the right decision and go anywhere else.

Ciao, rispettiamo il parere di tutti, anche di chi scambia un bar per un ristorante come hai fatto tu ma su una cosa non possiamo transigere, la freschezza del cibo. Siamo credo uno dei pochissimi luoghi in cui il pomodoro della pizza è condito e cotto. Se una persona non conosce ciò che sta mangiando, dovrebbe esimersi dal dare giudizi. Se poi il gusto non è stato di vostro gradimento, lo accettiamo serenamente e ci scusiamo ma non permettiamo a nessuno di mettere in dubbio il nostro lavoro dal punto di vista etico. Sulla colazione non si preoccupi, ai nostri ospiti piace particolarmente.
