Hi Nick! it wasn't enough to give us a two on Expedia, you wanted to confirm here too how negative it was your experience here with us. We accept it, everyone has and must express its own opinion. However, it is also right that each country has its own rules and that sometimes it is also nice to find something different from what you are used to, even if you don't liked it. During your stay, we tried to ease the frustration given from the days of bad weather which, obviously, were not our responsibility. We have tried to explain to you that air conditioning in Italy can only be used in certain conditions. We change your towels whenever you needed them, as, according to you and only you, they were always damp. Clearly this wasn't enough. We're sorry because, all things considered, we thought we did our best. Breakfast is freshly prepared every morning and it can't be defined "old" even if you arrived in the end. It can happen that something finish but our girls are always ready to prepare again what is left. October is usually a month of storms around Italy, in particular our region is one of the most affected: Monterosso was devastated from a flood in 2011. This is the reason why during these storms the wifi line is weaker. We are sorry that the service was not up to your standards and we hope that the lack of wifi did not cause too much damage to your existence. However, we hope to be able to host you again, perhaps with sunny days that will make you see everything from a different perspective. Best regards
