La struttura è bella e la vista è meravigliosa. Trasmette un senso di pace e tranquillità. Cibo buono ,servito bene e la proprietaria simpatica e alla mano

We liked the location of the hotel, it is on top of the hill and has really nice views. We also enjoyed the breakfast, it was fresh and the lady who was serving us was very professional and friendly. We did not like the overall vibe of the hotel though, we did not feel very welcome. We did not receive any warm greeting when we arrived. In our room we found rules written with exclamation marks. One of them was that you were not recommended to eat or drink your own food in your own room and if you left behind any trash from food or drink that is not from their hotel they would charge you extra money for it. They also forgot to clean the room properly, they left used coffee and water bottle that somebody had already drank from in our room after previous guests. Even after I told them about it they did not replace it with new coffee and water. This is not the kind of customer service I would expect for the money I paid. Normally hotels that charge this much go above and beyond to make you feel pampered and relaxed, not the other way round. Service: 3

Average simple hotel. We expected a much higher standard for the high price. Room only once properly done during 4 days, 1 day not at all. Had to get our free bottle of water ourselves every day. Breakfast is always the same. No fresh orange juice. One smoker ruins breakfast for everyone but owner says it is "the law" and will not kindly ask to stop smoking while people are eating. Reason why we never took dinner. Service: 2
