Fantastic apartments! Very nice sweet breakfast, and beautiful surroundings and pool. Also, Simone is a wonderful, kind and helpful host. The only improvement for us was that the pool was quite cold so the kids could not enjoy it that much. You need a car do to fun stuff in the area Service: 5

My partner and I have just got back from a 3 night stay at Villa Parri for a business trip. I don't know where to start with the exceptional service provided. The grounds and gardens are immaculate, like walking through botanical gardens. Simona was on hand for 12 hours every day to help with any needs we had. Not forgetting the supply of wine every night while over looking breath taking views! The breakfast provided is the best we have ever had in Pistoia. We have been to Pistoia 5 times now and have stayed at various hotels and villas and Villa Parri smashes them all out the park! The owner was very kind to us and spoke to us each morning and welcomed us to breakfast. The restaurant on site is genius! Simple menu yet impressive food and service. The room we stayed in was clean and tidy we even had our bed made up for us which was very welcome touch. We have decided to hold our wedding here in 2025 it's that perfect! We didn't want to come home, all the guests and staff are so nice it's like being part of a big family! Well done guys thank you for everything and we hope to see you again soon! Ciao Service: 5

A paradise on earth, the welcome is truly the best, the villa is superb, and the catering is at star level... the breakfast is 5 star and the owner is truly an excellent hostess who takes care of her guests Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet
