This place is a hot mess. Staying at the hotel for the week. The “bar” is in the hotel lobby and has like 5 tables plus a bar. Came in at 7pm, was told everything was booked. We were fine eating in the lobby lounge next to bar but was told we can’t eat there. There were plenty of seats at the bar but was told that you can only drink there and can’t eat. I don’t understand their operations as they are actively not serving people. There was this lady running the show, everyone goes to ask her but she keeps saying no. Why bother having a bar at hotel lobby with a food menu if they don’t want to serve anyone. Service: 1

Bar de l'hôtel Victoria. Il est ouvert tous les jours de 15h00 à 00h00. Je vous conseille fortement de déguster leur succulent chocolat chaud fait maison avec en prime un marshmallow caramélisé au-dessus, un vrai délice ! Il y a des canapés de type lounge à disposition pour boire votre boisson tranquillement avec vue sur l'extérieur du bâtiment. Service rapide, les serveurs sont très aimables. Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
